Shipping
All orders of $1000 or more will be shipped freight free F.O.B. destination via regular ground common carrier (UPS), within the continental US. (Engine Blocks are excluded from this offer.) Freight will never be refunded (unless Z10 Motorsports is at fault) Shipping addresses: If you provide more than 1 address, we reserve the right to ship your order to the address that matches your credit card billing address. To avoid delays/shipping confusion please make sure your addresses are verifiable with the credit card you are using to make your purchase.
Returns
You must contact Z10 Motorsports to return any item. No returns after 30 days of orignal invoice date (unless other arrangments have been made). A copy of the original invoice must be sent with all returns. All goods returned in unsaleable condition will be refused. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, special orders may not be returned. Credit is always issued in the original form of payment. All shipment errors or damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of invoice date. |
